Our Runner plays a hands-on role in keeping projects moving by ensuring that tools, equipment, and materials arrive where they’re needed, when they’re needed. When not on the road, you’ll roll up your sleeves with the shop/warehouse team, helping organize, stage, and maintain equipment that supports our crews every day.

What You’ll Do

• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload tools, equipment, and materials to and from construction sites.
• Communicate with crews and provide timely updates on deliveries.
• Track and report on quantities, identification numbers, and condition of shipped/returned tools and equipment.
• Handle company assets with care, ensuring they are maintained in good condition.
• Work with shop and site teams to meet project schedules.
• Follow all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Travel to out-of-town projects as needed.

What You Bring

• Valid Class G Ontario Driver’s Licence with a clean record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg), walk, bend, and carry heavy items.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to follow all procedures.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Customer-service mindset with strong communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to also work independently.
• Flexibility to adapt to daily changes in a fast-paced environment.
